Rami Cassis - Chairman of the Board

Rami Cassis is the CEO of Parseq plc.  Parseq was formed when Rami successfully lead the company he founded, Documetric, in a reverse takeover of Intelligent Environments Group in July 2010.  Previously he had grown Documetric from a small money losing service bureau to a technology led outsourcing success story earning £3m annually while processing 47m transactions a year for payments worth more than £24bn.

Before founding Documetric in February 2007 through the management buy-out from leading European IT outsourcer Atos Origin, Rami was Managing Director of Atos Origin's Business Process Outsourcing UK division.  Prior to that, Rami was a principal business consultant at KPMG serving Oil & Gas and Government clients.  From 1994 until 2002 Rami worked for Schlumberger Oilfield Services, one of the World's leading oilfield services providers, in the Middle East, Central Africa and Asia.

 

Dr. Mehrzad Mahdavi - President, CEO and Board Member 

Dr. Mehrzad Mahdavi is an internationally recognized executive with a track record of creating and growing global technology enterprises. He is currently President and CEO of Dexa Systems, a global technology venture providing cyber-security and digital oilfield solutions. Prior to this position, he was President of Enterprise Security Services, a business unit of Schlumberger. Dr. Mahdavi served as an executive in Schlumberger for 24 years during which he held a variety of management positions in technology, field operations, marketing, consulting, strategy, and mergers & acquisitions. Dr. Mahdavi received his B.S. degree in engineering from the University of Illinois and M.S. and Ph.D. in Nuclear physics and engineering from the University of Michigan.

Howard Anders - CFO and Board Member

Howard Anders has more than 15 years of experience with a proven track record of effectively managing the growth of $10M-$5B public and private corporations. Prior to join Dexa Systems he has served as vice president and chief financial officer for such companies as QVision LLC, Brennan Enterprises, L.L.C., Hospitality Worldwide Services, and Alpine Lace Brands. He has successfully redirected companies, increased profitability, and enhanced operating performance.
